JBL is my favourite and well known speaker manufacturing company. They produce, in my personal opinion, best sounding speakers. B&W, Jamo, Bang&Olfusen, Dali can just run and hide.
Well, it's 60th anniversary of JBL company these days and they started with The Everest Project. The best model holds the name of DD66000 and has the power rating 500W, 8ohms nominal impedance,3 system design(15" pulp cone woofer, 4" beryllium compression driver(mid range) and 1" UHF driver). Frequency response is extremly linear (with few holes that make it sound like JBL). The sond pressure is rated at 96db. Well, if the reviews and tests are right, they managed to make the best speaker in the world...
And the price? 50.000 USD. And i guess, the price in EU will be around 50k€ ...
